Spotless place, very fancy rooms, delightfully helpful staff. I slept so comfy in the nice bed. Superb breakfast, accommodating service. Optimal location, 10 minutes' walk to rotunda. Pool was nice and there was a popular restaurant on site.

Lovely and exceptionally clean place, everything was exceptional. Had pleasant superior double room with sofa, rolltop bath plus comfy bed. All staff was wonderful, settled my issues. It is undoubtedly a GREAT option when in Birmingham. Delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. We enjoyed the fact that there were central heating, an ironing set and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room.
